Application
- Preparation:

ALL SURFACES:
Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical contaminants by washing
the surface with a quality Cleaner/ Degreaser, commercial detergent or
other suitable cleaner. Mould and mildew must be cleaned with a
chlorinated cleaner or bleach solution. Rinse with fresh water and allow
to dry.
- STEEL:
Hand tool (SSPC-SP-2) or power tool (SSPC-SP-3) clean to remove loose
rust, mill scale, and deteriorated previous coatings.
PREVIOUSLY COATED:
These must be sound and in good condition. Smooth,
hard, or glossy finishes should be scarified by sanding to create a
surface profile. Removal of old paint by sanding, scraping or other means
may generate dust or fumes that contain lead. Exposure to lead dust or
fumes may cause adverse effects, especially in children or pregnant women.
Controlling exposure to lead or other hazardous substances requires the
use of proper protective equipment, such as a properly fitted respirator
and proper containment and cleanup.

- DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the
rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use.
Hold can approx. 25 cm from surface. Use back and forth motion keeping can
parallel with surface.
Ensure that can is in motion when spray button is pressed to avoid runs
and sags.
Apply several thin layers at a few minutes interval to achieve adequate
coating thickness.
After use turn can upside down and press spray button for 2 - 3 seconds to
clean valve.

Colours: Clear, Black, Safety Yellow and White (while stocks remain).
Recommended film thickness: 25 µm dry, equals averagely 100 µm wet
Drying times: at 20°C/50% RH
To touch: 20 minutes
To handle: 60 minutes
To recoat: after 1 hour with itself
Full hardness: 7 days
Heat resistance: 100°C (dry heat), above 65°C discoloration may occur
Apply only when air and surface temperatures are between 0 - 38ºC(50 - 100ºF) and surface temperature is at least 5ºC above dew point.
